The Sawgrass Adirondack Chair is crafted from 100% Grade A Teak wood and hand-sanded to a smooth soft finish. This chair ships in one carton and requires simple hand assembly using the included Marine Grade Stainless Steel hardware. This chair has a naturally rich golden color when new, but will age to a soft silvery patina over time. This process takes anywhere from six months to a year depending on the climate and seasonal exposure. We highly recommend cleaning your chair twice per year using fresh water, a soft bristle brush, and a solution of 2/3 cup of laundry detergent and 1/4 cup of bleach in 1 gallon of warm water. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after lightly scrubbing the chair. We also recommend using breathable furniture covers to protect your chair during inclement or extreme weather conditions.
